Pricing questions
How is the price worked out?
You choose a plan and the number of trucks when you start paying. The monthly price is that number times the plan’s per-truck price, or the plan’s minimum if that’s higher.
Do the plans have different features?
Not at the moment. During the founding period, every plan includes every feature. If that changes, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice.
Do I pay per user?
No. Every plan has unlimited users: drivers, crew, office and your customers on the portal. Subcontractors using a subbie job link don’t need an account.
How does the free trial work?
6 weeks with everything switched on, and no card. If you don’t choose a plan by then, your account goes read-only: your records stay readable and exportable, and nothing is deleted.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee. You pay monthly and can cancel any time.
How do I pay?
Monthly, through Stripe, our payment provider. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST. GST is added only if Shedtally is GST-registered, which it isn’t yet.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It’s yours. Owners can export everything at any time. After you cancel, the account stays read-only for 6 months, then the data is deleted, with warnings 30 days and 7 days before.
