Shedtally is self-serve. Nobody has to build anything for you, so you can start today.
Sign up
Enter your business name and your own details. You’re the owner of the account. There’s no card and no sales call.
Turn on two-factor sign-in
Owners and admins protect the account with an authenticator app. We don’t use text-message codes.
Set up your yard
Add your trucks, customers and depot, bring your customers across from Xero, or import them from a spreadsheet. A setup card shows how far you’ve got and the one next step.
Invite the crew
Share an invite link or show a QR code. Each person signs in on their own phone and gets the screens for their role.
Run your first job
Book a job and deliver it yourself as a driver: collect, deliver, file the docket, take the photo. Then you’ve seen the whole loop.
Choose a plan
Before the 6 weeks are up, pick a plan and the number of trucks. Or walk away: nothing is charged, and your records stay readable and exportable.
On any phone
Shedtally runs in the phone’s browser and installs to the home screen like an app. There’s nothing to download from an app store. On iPhone, notifications need iOS 16.4 or later and the app added to the Home Screen.

Pay monthly and cancel any time. Owners can export everything, and after you cancel the account stays read-only for 6 months, so you can take a copy.
