About
Built for the owner who still jumps in a truck on a Saturday
Shedtally is a New Zealand business, built in Auckland by Sebastian Boardman.
Sebastian works in operations and health and safety in the Auckland freight and yard trade. He saw the same things every week: dockets lost in door pockets, jobs nobody could say made money, COF dates on a whiteboard, and three apps that didn’t talk to each other. Shedtally is his answer: one board that everyone in the business adds to, and that tells the owner what needs them today.
What we stand by
- We only show what the app does. If a feature isn’t built yet, we say “coming soon”.
- The price is on the website. No “call us for a quote”.
- Your data is yours. Stored in Auckland, never sold, never used to train AI, and you can take it with you.
- Self-serve, so it doesn’t depend on one person. You can sign up, set up and run Shedtally without us.
Who it’s for
Cartage and transport firms with a yard or depot, from about 3 to 30 trucks: hiab, flat-deck, curtainsider and general freight, with their own drivers and subbies. If you run one or two trucks, a simpler docket app may suit you better, and we’ll tell you so.
Try it on your own trucks.
6 weeks free. No card. Set it up yourself, invite the crew by link or QR code, and file a real docket today. After the trial your records stay readable and exportable.
